Yoneda Labs, a specialist in computational tools for reaction optimisation, has claimed success in an ongoing collaboration with CRMO Symeres. Their aim was to use Yoneda’s software to optimise transition metal-catalysed cross-coupling reactions, focusing on streamlining the reaction optimisation process to raise yields of ~30% to >90%.
“By leveraging advanced predictive modeling and data-driven insights, Symeres identified four diverse reaction conditions with in situ yields of over 90%, significantly accelerating the development process compared to traditional one factor at a time or Design of Experiments approaches,” the two stated.
