AmbioPharm deal completes

CordenPharma has completed the acquisition of peptide DCMO Ambiopharm.  The firm's two facilities will be renamed CordenPharma South Carolina and CordenPharma Shanghai and will be integrated into the CordenPharma's global manufacturing footprint over the coming months.

“The addition of a second US peptide facility and a new presence in Asia reinforces our peptides platform and enhances our global manufacturing network, providing customers with increased geographic flexibility and supply options that help ensure reliable delivery across all stages of the peptide product lifecycle,” CordenPharma stated.
