Water treatment JV agreed

Via its regional subsidiary, water treatment firm Buckman Laboratories has formed a strategic joint venture with India’s Atul. The process is expected to be completed by October.

The newly created entity, Atul-Buckman, will make advanced water treatment for the Indian and Sri Lankan markets. It will combine Buckman’s portfolio of speciality water treatment chemistries and digital technologies with Atul’s manufacturing and distribution in India for markts including chemicals, food processing, power, pulp and Paper, textiles and municipal.
