IMCD in Italian acquisition

IMCD has acquired Tillmanns a Milan-based distributor of speciality chemicals, in a deal expected to close within Q4. Tillmans employs 78 and turned over about €143 million in 2024. It is mainly active in the coatings, construction, food and nutrition, and water treatment markets, and has an in-house R&D laboratory offering advanced testing, custom formulations and technical support.
