Fragrance giant Givaudan has concluded an unspecified equity investment and strategic collaboration with Swiss company Microcaps. This collaboration unites Givaudan’s fragrance formulation expertise with Microcaps’ precision microencapsulation technology, especially for non-alcoholic fine fragrance performance, thus opening up other opportunities to generate high-performing fragrances and beauty products.
