Aroma alliance

Indian family-owned aroma chemicals business Eternis Fine Chemicals has formed an alliance with SO.F.I.A Cosmétiques, a producer of aroma chemicals for the fragrance and personal care markets based in France’s Nice-Côte d’Azur region. 

The two firms said that this “brings together two distinct yet highly complementary areas of expertise across the beauty value chain”, with Eternis’ strength in ingredients and SO.F.I.A’s in the formulation, development and manufacture of finished products to “create a seamless bridge between ingredient innovation and final product realisation”.
