Kemira completes buy

Kemira has completed the $150 million acquisition of Nebraska-based Water Engineering, a deal that was originally announced on 30 August. Water Engineering, which specialises in industrial water treatment services, for the food and beverage, manufacturing, healthcare and other sectors, will become part of the Water Solutions business unit.
