The Global Impact Coalition (GIC), a CEO-led collaborative platform that aims to drive the chemical value chain toward a circular, net-zero future, is launching its Innovation Ecosystem. This is designed “to connect start-ups, research and technology organisations and academic institutions with leading chemical companies to drive early-stage innovation in support of a more sustainable industry”.
The GIC said that the initiative will give innovators the opportunity to engage directly with its project portfolio, which includes work streams focused on chemical emissions reduction, circularity and sustainable feedstocks. They will also be able to collaborate with GIC member companies and contribute to commercially scalable products that meet shared sustainability goals.
Participation begins with an open call for applications aligned with one of GIC’s ongoing projects. Selected applicants are invited to engage directly with the relevant GIC project and, if successful, contribute to advance the project toward spin-out. They can apply at [email protected].
