Roquette has announced a new organisation following the acquisition of IFF Pharma Solutions, which now employs over 11,000 and has 40 manufacturing sites. The company said that this structure “is designed to enhance agility and customer responsiveness, positioning Roquette for long-term, sustainable growth”.

The new Roquette will be divided into two market-facing business groups: Health & Pharma Solutions, including IFF Pharma Solutions, under former CFO Isabelle Bouvier; and Nutrition & Bioindustry under Pascal Leroy. Béatrice Totel will replace Bouvier as CFO. Pierre Courduroux remains as CEO.

IFF has also completed the divestiture of its nitrocellulose business, including Walsrode Industrial Park in Germany, to Czechoslovak Group. The business makes nitrocellulose mainly for coatings and printing inks, and had been part of IFF Pharma Solutions. CEO Erik Fyrwald said that the sale “builds upon our deleveraging journey and enables us to focus on our core businesses”.
