Dottikon confirms Solvias interest

Synthesis & Catalysis unit targeted

Dottikon Exclusive Synthesis, the hazardous chemistry specialist, has confirmed that it has initiated exclusive talks with its Swiss compatriot Solvias about the acquisition of the Synthesis and Catalysis business unit. This would affect the businesses engaged in chemical development and small-scale production for APIs, which remained in Rosental, Basel, after most of Solvias moved to Kaiseraugst. The Analytical Services and Process Analytical Technology business of Solvias are excluded.
